Ethan's FIRST TROPHY!

 Yesterday was Ethan's last soccer game of the season which meant he would be getting his first TROPHY!  He has admired all of Alyssa's and Matthew's trophies for a long time now and wondered how he could get one of his own. 

Finally, today, he got his very own trophy!!!

 

 Look at how red their faces were.  It was HOT out there!!

 

Had to take a break to catch a ladybug,

 and take a nap.

I had to tell him that he would only get a trophy if he got out there and finished the game.  Boy did that make him move fast!

 Finally, it's trophy time!

Earlier in the day.... much earlier, like 8:00 am on Sat morning, Matthew had a game.  He will finish his season next weekend. (he also starts baseball season next weekend)

Another fearless save by Matthew!  He also scored three goals in the second half!

Later in the day Alyssa played in the last game of her season.  It's been a great soccer season, but I think we're all ready for a break from the fields!!
