When your tree grows a lemon, make lemonade!

We’ve been watching this lemon grow since spring!! Who knew it would take so long to grow ONE lemon!!! The tree was loaded with flowers in the spring and we started with about a dozen little lemons, but one by one, they fell off, (some with a little help from a little boy who lives in our house) and we were left with just one. We brought the tree inside about a month ago because we’ve had such a cold December. Ethan has been checking it every day, waiting until the entire lemon was yellow.
add some water, sugar and ice. stir well, and you have a delicious glass of lemonade!
Maybe next year we’ll have enough lemons for two glasses!!
