FLORIDA!

Blue Spring State Park was our first stop today and I  was hoping to have great things to say about it.     We made it all the way to Florida, about 6 hours from home.  We got in line to go into this  park, known for having Manatees in the winter.  We were next to go in when the car in front of us got turned around.  PARK FULL!!  Are you kidding me.... nope!  What a disappointment.   Oh well, we didn't have any definite plans for Monday morning.  Now we do! 

Since we couldn't get in to see the manatees, we stopped at a playground to play a little and enjoyed a picnic lunch.  Then we headed to downtown Disney to do a little shopping and exploring.  Some of the stores are almost as good as some of the attractions in the parks. 

Matthew loved the Indiana Jones and Star Wars sections.  I think he could have "played" there all day.

 Ethan is still addicted to all things Peter Pan so seeing Tink and Peter flying was definitely a highlight for him!

 Matthew and Ethan got new swords and Ethan got a new hook.  Alyssa got some new charms for her bracelet watch and some very cute Tinkerbell earrings.

After a quick dinner we went back to the hotel for some time in the pool and the hot tub.

 

 

Tomorrow we're going to visit Shamu!!!!  We can't wait!
