The chickens…. oh the chickens.  They are growing.  Getting more and more feathers every day.  When they get tired during the day they like to dig a little hole and lay in it together.

….and Bruce the duck.  He has quickly become a favorite member of our family.  He’s not feeling real well today…. running a fever I think… really, his bill and feet are HOT!  He’s been sleeping a lot on the front porch.  What do you do when a duck runs a fever?    Hopefully he’ll be better tomorrow.
