Weeks 8, 9, 10, and 11

 

Oooops,  looks like a month has gone by since the last construction update.  Things are still moving along.   Shingles are on the roof.  Upstairs,  the walls are studded in  three bedrooms, a bathroom and hall way.  Front door was removed and pushed out to a temporary spot.  Spiral stair case in g.o.n.e, gone!  Work has begun on putting in a new (normal) staircase to the 2nd floor.  It’s getting a little messy, but it’s progress!!

Shingles… There are old and new in this picture.  They match so well, you can’t even tell.

Framing the new bathroom in the loft.

Had to remove the old floor boards and insulation.  Added new floor joists,  replaced the insulation, and put new sub floor down.
